Applications to get involved close this Friday

Want to get involved in HyperFest next year? Applications to play, DJ, volunteer, photograph, street team and run a food van or a market stall close this Friday, 16 December at 4pm.
Melbourne-based rapper Allday, Canberra heavyweights Hands Like Houses, Tasmanian singer-songwriter Asta and Windang surf-rockers Hockey Dad will be joined by Nicole Millar, Ocean Grove, Saviour, Totally Unicorn, Hannahband as part of HyperFest 2017’s electrifying line-up when it takes over Midland Oval on Saturday February 18.
HyperFest 2017 will also feature a foam dance pit, sideshow alley market, live art battles, silent disco, chill out stage, gourmet food vans, water slides, dunk tank, photo booth, games, merchandise and a signing tent for all of your favourite artists.
Midland/Guildford Ward Councillor, Mark Elliott said HyperFest 2017 continued to be Perth’s biggest and best drug, smoke and alcohol free all-ages festival.
“The event is run by young people, for young people, so it has something for everyone,” he said “and the Hyper Team of volunteers should be commended for the great job they do and it is great to see their success in continuing to build the festival,” he said.
City of Swan’s HyperFest, is happening on Saturday 18 February 2017 at Midland Oval from 12am to 9pm.

The festival, presented by Drug Aware, is an all-ages (12+) drug, smoke and alcohol free event and would not be possible without the support of so many organisations, including Drug Aware, Healthway, RAC, Lotterywest, Midland Gate Shopping Centre, and Moshtix.
